FCI, with its range of major appliances, offers a unique warranty exclusively for North America called: 2 + 1.

For all its appliances, FCI provides a full warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase by the end user. During this period, FCI will pay all costs for replaced parts and labor to fix the unit in case of a technical problem.

For technical claims of the appliances after this period, FCI supports its products with an additional limited warranty term of 12 months. If a technical failure occurs, from the beginning of month 25 till the end of month 36 after the date of purchase, FCI will reimburse $50.00 directly to the customer to contribute to the repair of the appliance.

This provision is limited to one claim per customer in the named period. FCI will insert a "Warranty Contribution Coupon" in the appliance's user documents.

The limited 3rd year warranty contribution of FCI applies only if the requested data is completely filled in on the coupon and a copy of the original end user purchase receipt is attached. Only one coupon per purchased appliance can be used.
